Luke D. Kuhl

Prior to joining The Kuhl Law Firm, LLC, Mr. Kuhl worked as a law clerk for a couple of firms before embarking on an extensive career in banking. He was recognized as one of "20 to Know" in Banking by the Kansas City Business Journal. In the past, he held positions of Chief Loan Officer and Director of Commercial Banking at Kansas City area community banks, as well as Commercial Relationship Manager at a regional bank. Additionally, Mr. Kuhl has worked as a Fleet Coordinator in the transportation industry and served as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Iowa Central Community College.

Like all members of the firm, Mr. Kuhl has dedicated his practice to Family Law and represents people in dissolution of marriage (divorce) actions, modification of custody and child support actions, establishment of child support actions, and paternity actions. Additionally, Mr. Kuhl has completed Guardian ad Litem training, and serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Jackson, Cass, Clay and Platte counties.

Mr. Kuhl has earned a Bachelor of Science, Masters of Business Administration, and Juris Doctor degrees. He competed collegiately in wrestling, where he was a 3x NAIA national qualifier. While in law school, Mr. Kuhl participated in a number of clubs and organizations including the Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity and as a staff member for the University of Missouri-Kansas City Law Review.
